2. We discuss the problem with you and agree a time when our HomeCall+ approved tradesperson will call. This might be in as little as 2 hours, or the next day for central heating. You can specify a time that suits.
3. The tradesperson calls and sorts out your crisis. That's the end of the matter as far as you're concerned.
4. The tradesperson invoices HomeCall+ and we pay promptly, so everyone's happy!
And remember, if you don't make a claim on your HomeCall+ insurance, next year you'll qualify for a no claims discount!
You win both ways; if you have to make two or more claims in one year, there is no penalty or limit*. Nor is there is ever any excess to pay on HomeCall+ insurance policies.
